Tonight’s dinner was the result of, yet again, finding myself with a refrigerator full of produce needing to be eaten immediately or tossed— which I hate to do! Good thing I love a challenge.. This was simply delicious!
Spicy Chicken Burrito
- 1 Flat out Whole Wheat Wrap with Flax
- 1/2 Light Laughing Cow Blue Cheese Wedge
- 1 Boneless Chicken Breast seasoned with Salt n Pepper and baked
- Sauteed Red Peppers, Red Onion, Mushrooms, and Yellow Squash seasoned with Mrs. Dash Original No Salt Seasonings and few shakes of Hot Red Pepper Flakes
- Tbsp Medium Organic Salsa
